A Few Words
Dear Readers,
Greetings.
The new novel, *Jasoos-e-Azam* (The Supreme Spy), is now in your hands. The central character of this novel is Qasim—yes, the very same Qasim whom you all consider a fool. But is Qasim truly a fool? If that were the case, why would both Imran and Colonel Fareedi be compelled to acknowledge him as the Supreme Spy?
While many novels have been written featuring the characters of Imran and Colonel Fareedi, this novel is unique in every respect. From the very first word to the final letter, a relentless blend of high-speed action and nerve-wracking suspense unfolds amidst peals of laughter. I am confident that this novel will certainly meet your standards of excellence. Now, please take a look at a few letters.
Muhammad Tahir Mukhtar Ahmed writes from Mohallah Bhabrana, Jhang Sadar: Just like 'Pakishia,' our beloved country Pakistan also faces many problems; therefore, we request that Imran leave the Pakishia Secret Service and join the Pakistan Secret Service. This way, Pakistan's issues would be resolved, and the excitement would be doubled when Imran gives the criminals a really hard time.
Mr. Muhammad Tahir Mukhtar Ahmed! The deep concern you feel for resolving Pakistan's issues is truly commendable; however, Imran's efforts are no longer limited to Pakistan alone. Wherever Muslim nations face a crisis, Imran steps in to help—so rest assured, your request has already been granted.
Muhammad Iqbal Butt writes from Islamabad: Please accept my congratulations on writing an excellent novel like *Golden Sand*. You have introduced highly dynamic characters—such as Captain Shakeel and Tiger Juwana—among Imran’s associates, yet Colonel Faridi is still accompanied only by Captain Hameed. Why don't you introduce a new character alongside him as well?
Mr. Muhammad Iqbal, thank you very much for appreciating the novel. It is surprising that you have overlooked the character of Qasim alongside Colonel Faridi; he is a figure who, in terms of sheer physical bulk, outweighs Imran’s entire Secret Service. Consequently, there is hardly any room for another character while Qasim is present. Still, the world runs on hope.
Regards,
Mazhar Kaleem, M.A.
