Children's Rights in Islam
Islam is a religion revealed by God for all people, in all places, at all times. As similar, Islam is accessible to everybody and is particularly aware of the significance of respect, rights, and liabilities. The words of the Quran and the authentic traditions of Prophet Muhammad, may the mercy and blessings of God be upon him, contain the rights and liabilities granted by God to humankind. They aren't subject to the vagrancies and solicitations of men or women thus they don't change. These unique rights mentioned in Islam also include the rights of children. Children's rights
Islam establishes a legal frame, and embodies a law of ethics, designed to cover the rights of an individual including his or her right to live in a secure society. For children, security is of the topmost significance. The rights of a child begin indeed before birth; in fact they begin before generality. The Quran and the authentic traditions of Prophet Muhammad make it clear that two people shouldn't enter into a marriage carelessly. A great deal of study and medication is necessary before man and woman commit to each other and to the family that may affect from their union. Prophet Muhammad was heard to say, “ A woman may be married for four reasons her wealth, her lineage, her beauty, and her religious commitment. Marry the bone
who's religiously committed. ”
About a woman's pregnancy
According to the document, if both a man and a woman have devoted their lives to worshiping and pleasing their Creator, the rights of their children will also automatically be guaranteed. Worshiping God means following His commandments and His commandments include guarding the rights of the child. By marrying rather of having an lawless relationship, couples begin to secure the rights of their future children first. A child has the right to know and understand his strain. And when the child remains in the mama 's womb, it has the right to life. It's written in detail in the Holy Quran that all life is sacred. It's now respectable to terminate a gestation because one fears that one is unfit to financially support a child or another child. It's God, the Sustainer and Sustainer of all life
ALLAH Almighty says in the Quran.
". Don't kill your children because of poverty, We give for you and them".
( Qur' an 6151)
While terminating a gestation, one should flash back that a child is a blessing from God and one should accept all similar blessings with joy and gratefulness. There are numerous people in the world moment who are unfit to have children, so when Allah blesses a family with a family, it should be a source of great joy. still, children aren't toys or effects. With them comes great responsibility.
اسلام میں بچوں کے حقوق
اسلام ایک ایسا مذہب ہے جو خدا کی طرف سے تمام لوگوں کے لیے، ہر جگہ، ہر وقت نازل کیا گیا ہے۔ اسی طرح اسلام ہر ایک کے لیے قابل رسائی ہے اور خاص طور پر احترام، حقوق اور ذمہ داریوں کی اہمیت سے آگاہ ہے۔ قرآن کے الفاظ اور حضرت محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی مستند روایات، خدا کی رحمتیں اور برکتیں، ان حقوق اور ذمہ داریوں پر مشتمل ہیں جو خدا کی طرف سے بنی نوع انسان کو عطا کیے گئے ہیں۔ وہ مردوں یا عورتوں کی آوارگیوں اور درخواستوں کے تابع نہیں ہیں اس لیے وہ تبدیل نہیں ہوتے ہیں۔ اسلام میں مذکور ان منفرد حقوق میں بچوں کے حقوق بھی شامل ہیں۔ بچوں کے حقوق کی ضمانت ان کے والدین، ان کی برادریوں، یا درحقیقت ان کی حکومتوں کے طرز عمل سے نہیں ملتی ہے۔ خدا خود بچوں کے حقوق کی ضمانت دیتا ہے۔
بچوں کے حقوق
اسلام ایک قانونی فریم قائم کرتا ہے، اور اخلاقیات کے ایک قانون کو مجسم کرتا ہے، جو کسی فرد کے حقوق بشمول اس کے محفوظ معاشرے میں رہنے کے حق کا احاطہ کرتا ہے۔ بچوں کے لیے سیکورٹی سب سے زیادہ اہمیت کی حامل ہے۔ بچے کے حقوق پیدائش سے پہلے ہی شروع ہو جاتے ہیں۔ درحقیقت وہ عمومیت سے پہلے شروع ہوتے ہیں۔ قرآن مجید اور نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی صحیح روایات سے واضح ہوتا ہے کہ دو افراد کو لاپرواہی سے نکاح نہیں کرنا چاہیے۔ اس سے پہلے کہ مرد اور عورت ایک دوسرے سے اور خاندان کے ساتھ وابستگی کریں جو ان کے اتحاد سے متاثر ہو سکتے ہیں، بہت زیادہ مطالعہ اور ادویات کی ضرورت ہے۔ حضرت محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا گیا کہ عورت کی شادی چار وجوہات کی بنا پر کی جا سکتی ہے اس کی دولت، اس کا نسب، اس کی خوبصورتی اور اس کی مذہبی وابستگی۔ ہڈی سے شادی کرو جو مذہبی طور پر پابند ہے۔ "
عورت کے حمل کے بارے میں
دستاویز کے مطابق اگر مرد اور عورت دونوں نے اپنی زندگی اپنے خالق کی عبادت اور راضی کرنے کے لیے وقف کر دی ہے تو ان کے بچوں کے حقوق بھی خود بخود یقینی ہو جائیں گے۔ خدا کی عبادت کا مطلب اس کے احکام پر عمل کرنا ہے اور اس کے احکام میں بچے کے حقوق کی حفاظت بھی شامل ہے۔ غیر قانونی تعلقات کے بجائے شادی کر کے، جوڑے پہلے اپنے مستقبل کے بچوں کے حقوق کو محفوظ کرنا شروع کر دیتے ہیں۔ ایک بچے کو اپنے دباؤ کو جاننے اور سمجھنے کا حق ہے۔ اور جب بچہ ماں کے پیٹ میں رہتا ہے تو اسے زندہ رہنے کا حق ہے۔ قرآن پاک میں تفصیل سے لکھا ہے کہ ساری زندگی مقدس ہے۔ اب حمل کو ختم کرنا قابل احترام ہے کیونکہ کسی کو خوف ہوتا ہے کہ کوئی بچہ یا دوسرے بچے کی مالی مدد کرنے کے قابل نہیں ہے۔ یہ خدا ہے جو تمام زندگیوں کا پالنے والا اور پالنے والا ہے۔
قرآن مجید میں اللہ تعالی فرماتا ہے۔
"غربت کی وجہ سے اپنے بچوں کو قتل نہ کرو، ہم تمہیں اور ان کے لیے رزق دیتے ہیں۔"
(قرآن 6151)
حمل کو ختم کرتے وقت یہ بات واپس کردینی چاہیے کہ بچہ اللہ کی نعمت ہے اور اس جیسی تمام نعمتوں کو قبول کرنا چاہیے۔ خوشی اور شکر گزاری کے ساتھ. دنیا کے لمحے میں بے شمار لوگ ایسے ہیں جو اولاد پیدا کرنے کے قابل نہیں ہیں، لہٰذا جب اللہ تعالیٰ کسی خاندان کو خاندان سے نوازتا ہے تو یہ بہت خوشی کا باعث ہونا چاہیے۔ پھر بھی، بچے کھلونے یا اثرات نہیں ہیں۔ ان کے ساتھ بڑی ذمہ داری آتی ہے
