Children's Rights in Islam

Prophet Muhammad was heard to say, “ A woman may be married for four reasons her wealth, her lineage, her beauty, and her religious commitment. Marry the bone
who's religiously committed. ”

About a woman's pregnancy

According to the document, if both a man and a woman have devoted their lives to worshiping and pleasing their Creator, the rights of their children will also automatically be guaranteed. Worshiping God means following His commandments and His commandments include guarding the rights of the child. اسلام ایک ایسا مذہب ہے جو خدا کی طرف سے تمام لوگوں کے لیے، ہر جگہ، ہر وقت نازل کیا گیا ہے۔ اسی طرح اسلام ہر ایک کے لیے قابل رسائی ہے اور خاص طور پر احترام، حقوق اور ذمہ داریوں کی اہمیت سے آگاہ ہے۔ قرآن کے الفاظ اور حضرت محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی مستند روایات، خدا کی رحمتیں اور برکتیں، ان حقوق اور ذمہ داریوں پر مشتمل ہیں جو خدا کی طرف سے بنی نوع انسان کو عطا کیے گئے ہیں۔ وہ مردوں یا عورتوں کی آوارگیوں اور درخواستوں کے تابع نہیں ہیں اس لیے وہ تبدیل نہیں ہوتے ہیں۔ اسلام میں مذکور ان منفرد حقوق میں بچوں کے حقوق بھی شامل ہیں۔ بچوں کے حقوق کی ضمانت ان کے والدین، ان کی برادریوں، یا درحقیقت ان کی حکومتوں کے طرز عمل سے نہیں ملتی ہے۔ خدا خود بچوں کے حقوق کی ضمانت دیتا ہے۔

بچوں کے حقوق

عورت کے حمل کے بارے میں

دستاویز کے مطابق اگر مرد اور عورت دونوں نے اپنی زندگی اپنے خالق کی عبادت اور راضی کرنے کے لیے وقف کر دی ہے تو ان کے بچوں کے حقوق بھی خود بخود یقینی ہو جائیں گے۔ خدا کی عبادت کا مطلب اس کے احکام پر عمل کرنا ہے اور اس کے احکام میں بچے کے حقوق کی حفاظت بھی شامل ہے۔ غیر قانونی تعلقات کے بجائے شادی کر کے، جوڑے پہلے اپنے مستقبل کے بچوں کے حقوق کو محفوظ کرنا شروع کر دیتے ہیں۔ ایک بچے کو اپنے دباؤ کو جاننے اور سمجھنے کا حق ہے۔ اور جب بچہ ماں کے پیٹ میں رہتا ہے تو اسے زندہ رہنے کا حق ہے۔ قرآن پاک میں تفصیل سے لکھا ہے کہ ساری زندگی مقدس ہے۔ اب حمل کو ختم کرنا قابل احترام ہے کیونکہ کسی کو خوف ہوتا ہے کہ کوئی بچہ یا دوسرے بچے کی مالی مدد کرنے کے قابل نہیں ہے۔ یہ خدا ہے جو تمام زندگیوں کا پالنے والا اور پالنے والا ہے۔

قرآن مجید میں اللہ تعالی فرماتا ہے۔

"غربت کی وجہ سے اپنے بچوں کو قتل نہ کرو، ہم تمہیں اور ان کے لیے رزق دیتے ہیں۔"

 حمل کو ختم کرتے وقت یہ بات واپس کردینی چاہیے کہ بچہ اللہ کی نعمت ہے اور اس جیسی تمام نعمتوں کو قبول کرنا چاہیے۔ خوشی اور شکر گزاری کے ساتھ. دنیا کے لمحے میں بے شمار لوگ ایسے ہیں جو اولاد پیدا کرنے کے قابل نہیں ہیں، لہٰذا جب اللہ تعالیٰ کسی خاندان کو خاندان سے نوازتا ہے تو یہ بہت خوشی کا باعث ہونا چاہیے۔ پھر بھی، بچے کھلونے یا اثرات نہیں ہیں۔ ان کے ساتھ بڑی ذمہ داری آتی ہے
